All guests and hostesses MUST be 18 years or older by state and federal laws. Also, NO children under the age of 18 may be in the house during the time of the party. This includes infants. For Your Pleasure® and Eros Parties fully comply with this law. Q. Will you carry stock to the party or will it need to be ordered? A. Over the years I have tried just about every line of work imagineable: telemarketer, production assembly, child care, waitress, data entry, laundry aide, certified nurses aide, ice cream clerk, cashier, kitchen and bathroom designer, female bouncer for a teen night club,office manger, business manager, merchandiser, and yes, even a stripper. One of the best was a night manager of an adult novelty & lingerie store. I worked there for 4 years, interacting with all different types of people, until they closed in 2000.
I had my first taste of direct sales my junior year of high school, selling lingerie to college students at their dorms. I have tried my hands at all kinds of home based businesses; make-up, plastic containers, spa products, home decor, children's toys, child protection products and gourmet foods. I loved the idea of working from home and making my own hours, but with these companies, I couldn't find the financial benefit that so many had promised. In addition, I really never found my passion for the products I was selling....until now.
I attended a friend's adult novelty home party several years ago. The consultant was a fun and knowledgeable young woman with lots of products that I was familar with. She had games and samples of products as prizes. The catalog was small; only about 300 products, and the poor consultant had to lug in 5 bins of product that the guests could choose from and take home that night. Although she sold quite a bit of product, my friend really didn't get much from their hostess plan. We had a lot of fun and I thought, gee, I could do what she does. But before signing up with that particular company, I decided to do a bit more research online.
That's when I found For Your Pleasure®! Their catalog was HUGE! Their Hostess Program was fantastic! Their Consultant's Program was out of this world! And best of all, I didn't need to carry 5 bins of product to every home I went to!
I have been an Independent Business Associate with For Your Pleasure® for 3 years and have loved each and every moment. I have a deep passion for our product line and for the company in general. The For Your Pleasure® team is like a second family to me. And finally, I am able to see the financial benefits first hand.
What I love most is the fact that I get to spend more quality time with my 3 boys and my husband. I don't need to answer to a "boss" other than myself, I get to work around my family's hectic schedule, meet new and exciting people all of the time, all while earning a second source of income for my family.
